How to import your reviews from Judge.me, Yotpo, or Loox
The most common reason merchants don't switch review apps is fear of losing their existing reviews. But migrating your reviews takes less than 5 minutes — and you won't lose a single one.
All major review apps let you export your reviews as a CSV file. ProofBoost imports that file directly.
Export from Judge.me
Open Judge.me in your Shopify admin
Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Judge.me.
Reviews → Export → Download CSV
Click Reviews in the sidebar → Export → Download as CSV. Save the file to your desktop.
Export from Yotpo
Log in to your Yotpo account
Go to yotpo.com and log in to your dashboard.
Reviews → All Reviews → Export
Select all reviews, click Export, choose CSV format. Download the file.
Export from Loox
Open Loox from Shopify admin
Go to Apps → Loox.
Reviews → Export CSV
Click the Export button in the Reviews section and download the CSV file.
Import into ProofBoost
Open ProofBoost
Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → ProofBoost.
Settings → Import Reviews
Click Import, select your CSV file, choose the source app, and click Import.
Wait for processing
Large imports may take a few minutes. You'll see a confirmation when done.
After importing
All your existing reviews will appear in ProofBoost immediately — star ratings, review text, reviewer names, dates, and photos all carry over. You can then safely uninstall your old review app.
